I look up to
a drooping cherry
on my own,
rompping children
are seen off and on
A tender kitten
gives a snort
bracing itself
under extreme tension
in the shade of green leaves.
Carp-shaped streamer
describes
the impulse of wind,
Prunus campanulatas
stand silently.

Kyoka,
I really don't know which of these three poems I would call my favorite. Fortunately, I don't have to. I can just enjoy them all. I am inspired by their imagery and subtle yoin.
Thank you,Brian.
It's warm in Japan. So it's an ideal day for a walk on a fine day.
